Hello again Readers! How have you been? There’s been a new announcement by Rovio, creator of the Angry Birds! Sean Penn has been announced as the voice of the Big Brother Bird, Terence! A big grumpy bird who doesn’t say much, Terence is the only other cardinal that we’ve seen in the trailers.

Terence isn’t the only one to get a voice! Stella, the feisty optimist, will be voiced by Kate McKinnon, who also voiced the PEZ cat in “Toy Story of Terror” (2013), and will be voicing an unknown character in the upcoming “Finding Dory” (2016) and will play Jillian Holtzman in the reboot “Ghostbusters” (2016).
Chef Pig and the mysterious bird Philip will both be voiced by Billy Eichner and Willow, Stella’s artistic friend who wears a lovely hat (that covers some wild rainbow feathers), will be voiced by Kallan Holley, who also voices Skye from the TV series “PAW patrol” (2013-2016).
Cristela Alonzo will be playing Stella’s friend and princess, Gale, the purple princess of the pigs. Last, but not least, is King Mudbeard, I mean Leonard, is voiced by Bill Hader, who also famously voiced Fear in “Inside Out” (2015), Flint Lockwood in “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” (2009), General George Armstrong Custard in “Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian” (2009), Andy Warhol in “Men in Black 3” (2012), the referee and the slow slug in “Monsters University” (2013), returned for the role as Flint Lockwood in “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2” (2013), Fear and Jordan’s Joy in the short “Riley’s First Date?” (2015), was a voice consultant for the BB-8 unit in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” (2015), and will be voicing an unknown character in “Finding Dory” (2016).
